Food Philosophy
We believe every wedding or other event should be memorable. Fine food and wine is essential. A grand occasion merits no less than our delicious, beautifully presented and professionally served cuisine.
In order that your celebration will be exactly as you have visualised it, our Chef offers an extensive range of dishes for you to create your own exclusive menu. Our professional staff cater to every client’s specific gourmet and aesthetic needs and will be delighted to advise and assist with your menu design if requested.
Our food relies on the freshest ingredients prepared in the great traditions of European cuisine updated to our casual Australian lifestyle. We take great pride in using the best produce available in season. Some dishes are only available at certain times so please ask for our assistance and guidance regarding our special seasonal creations.
Sunday Lunch
We invite you to visit us for lunch on any Sunday. Sunday lunch presents the perfect opportunity to sample our fare and our estate wines in a relaxed casual atmosphere. Bookings are recommended.
PACKAGE OPTIONS
1.Banquet Package
The traditional sitdown lunch or dinner served with style in our magnificent Great Hall:
- Predinner drinks on arrival, comprising Kir Royale, bottled beers and non-alcoholic fruit cup.
- Hot and cold canapés with pre-dinner drinks
- Your selection of two entrées, two main courses and two desserts served alternately to your guests, with coffee or tea and quality chocolates to finish
- Bottled beers, red and white wine and soft drinks with your meal.

The wines in all our Packages may be upgraded to our Estate grown and produced wines at a small additional charge.
2. Cocktail package
A smart informal alternative, not intended as a full meal replacement. Scattered tables with limited informal seating are provided.

3. Finger and fork package
The addition of fork dishes turns a cocktail party into something more – a less conventional stand-up dinner.

There are two levels of menus in our Banquet Package at Goona Warra:
- Provincial Menus (our “restaurant-style” signature dishes); and
- Prestige Menus ((more exotic ingredients taking more time to prepare and present on plate) available at a small extra cost per person..
