Maximum & minimum numbers

Our Banquet Packages are priced on an all-inclusive basis, based on minimum guests numbers of 80 adult guests.
Packages for smaller numbers (from 20 guests upwards) are available – conditions apply.

• Children’s menu available for 3 to 12 years of age at half price
• Teenagers (adult menu) are priced at three quarter adult price.
• Please enquire about our special winter prices (June to August)
• Cocktail Packages are as specifically quoted

Function duration
Evening dinner functions are costed as 5 hours, commencing no earlier than 6pm (unless otherwise agreed for April to October months) and concluding no later than midnight

Luncheon functions are 4 hours, concluding by 4pm

Cocktail functions are as specifically quoted.

We are happy to extend beyond allocated times with payment of additional charges

A Goona Warra function includes:

• Food and unlimited beverages as selected
• Exclusive use of the gardens, Cellar and Great Hall for your function –only one function is held in the winery at any one time
• Use of the garden and vineyard for photography (conditions apply)
• Full air-conditioning to Great Hall, heating to Cellar
• PA System (for speeches and background music) and portable system for dancing and/or garden
• Parquetry dance floor 7m x 3m (Great Hall)
• Ample sealed and floodlit parking, with car and bus access to front door
• Disabled access to Great Hall via the top terrace
• Ivory damask table linen and napkins
• Quality tableware, cake table and cutting knife
• Pair of silver candelabra per table
• Personalised menus per table
