House made potato gnocchi, sautéed mushrooms, spinach and shaved parmesan

Mediterranean lamb tenderloin, char grilled, rocket, tomato, feta and lemon

Homemade chicken pie, creamy mustard sauce, baby endive and balsamic glaze


MAIN COURSE


Char grilled Wagyu rump, potato dauphinoise, seasonal vegetables, Goona Warra Shiraz jus

Cone Bay Barramundi, salad of quinoa, broccoli and nuts, harissa yoghurt and lemon

Grilled pork cutlet, mustard mash potato, seasonal vegetables and apple cider sauce


DESSERT


Cointreau crème brulee, crisp almond bread

Individual pavlova, Chantilly cream, seasonal fruit and berry coulis

Chocolate fondant, caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream
